Refund policy

We operate a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with its tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) will also be required.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions for returning your package.
Items returned without prior request cannot be accepted.

Damaged items or order error

We encourage you to check your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and find a solution.

Original works of art

EAST L Shop cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred during shipping. Despite careful packaging, any damage caused during transit will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. All claims must be made to the carrier responsible for delivery.

Once the package has been shipped, responsibility for the transport is assumed by the carrier and the customer.

For international deliveries, customs duties and taxes may be applied upon arrival of the package in the destination country. These charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable products (food, flowers, plants)
Custom-made or personalized products
The original works of art
Personal care products (beauty products)

The quickest way to get a replacement item is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order.

Each artwork is a unique piece, therefore no exchanges are possible.

Right of withdrawal – European Union

In accordance with current legislation in the European Union, you have 30 days to cancel or return your order, without having to justify your decision.
The item must be returned in its original, unused condition, with original tags and packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you of the acceptance or refusal of the refund.
If the refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within a certain timeframe. 10 business days.
