Preparation times

Orders are prepared and shipped within a certain timeframe. 2 business days from the date of order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Works of art

Each work undergoes careful preparation, adapted to its nature and fragility.
The average preparation time for the artworks is 2 to 4 business days from the date of order confirmation.
This period may be slightly extended for certain works requiring specific packaging.

Packaging of the artworks

The works are packed with the utmost care to ensure their protection during transport (reinforced packaging, protections adapted to artistic creations and fragile pieces).

Delivery delay

After dispatch, the estimated delivery times are 4 to 7 business daysdepending on the carrier and destination.
These delivery times are given as a guide and may vary in exceptional circumstances beyond the seller's control.

Delivery times – Works of art

The delivery times are given as a guide only:

  • France: between 4 and 10 days after shipment

  • European Union and international: 2 to 3 weeks minimum after shipment

These delays may vary depending on logistical constraints, customs or exceptional circumstances.

Shipping cost

The delivery costs are offered for all orders delivered in France.

For other destinations, delivery costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on:

  • the weight of the package

  • package dimensions

  • of the delivery destination

Delivery costs are shown to the customer before final order confirmation.

Tracking control

A tracking number is provided to the customer after the order has been shipped.
Tracking is accessible directly from the customer area on the online store.
